Veterinary technician at Burlington Veterinary Hospital since 2002, Lucy graduated from Reading High School then attended Southern Seminary Junior College for Women. In 1977 she completed her studies and was awarded an Equitation Certificate and an Associates Degree in Animal Science in 1977. During her college years, Lucy was an honors student and made dean's list every semester.

Lucy comes to Burlington Veterinary Hospital with a great deal of hands-on experience in the animal science field. She has worked with horses since childhood and has been a horseback riding instructor for more than 20 years. She trains, shows and breeds German Shorthaired Pointer dogs and is an active member in local and national clubs as well as rescue organizations.

Married to Frank, a small business owner in Woburn, they have 4 children attending college - Ben and Emily are nursing students, Brynn is studying education and Nicholas is a psychology major. Their pets include 4 German Shorthaired Pointers, one small tabby cat, a turtle and some fish.




Receptionist at Burlington Veterinary Hospital since 2002, Jody is a native of the area. Having graduated from Burlington High School, Jody attended Mt. Ida College and graduated in 1999 with a BA Degree in Education.

Jody is interested in continuing education courses in the animal science field. She has attended Westfield State College and has recently received a certificate of completion for an online pharmacology course for veterinary technicians.

Away from the hospital, Jody enjoys playing tennis, kayaking in New Hampshire, spending time with her cat (Bonnie), and going for long walks.




A student at North Shore Community College, Erin is pursuing studies in Veterinary Technology and Pet Grooming. Employed in the animal health care field since 1996, she has been a staff member at Burlington Veterinary Hospital since 2001.

During her leisure time, Erin enjoys rollerblading, whitewater rafting, working out at the gym, playing softball, swimming and sledding.

Erin's pets include pets include 3 dogs named Toad, Amsell and Flakie




Professional pet groomer at Burlington Veterinary Hospital since 1997, Gail has been grooming cats and dogs since 1985. A graduate of Pedigree Grooming School in Lynn, MA, she was previously employed as a veterinary technician.

An active member of the MSPCA and the World Wildlife Federation, Gail has been involved in pet adoption programs and worked as a volunteer at local Rabies vaccination clinics.

At home, Gail enjoys the companionship of her pets. They include 2 dogs (Bugle Boy and Hemi Cuda), 3 cats (Symphony, Segar and Jazz) and several fish. Married to Tony, owner of Modern Day Floors, her hobbies and outside interests include swimming, boating, fishing, horseback riding, gardening, softball, football and golf.
